Your tasks – responsibility with impact
- You lead the nine-member cleaning team professionally and personally and ensure a smooth, safe daily operation
- You actively work in the team and embody our mission statement in daily actions as a leader
- You plan, coordinate, and review workflows and ensure high quality
- You support and promote your team both professionally and personally and strengthen a positive team culture with clear, empathetic leadership
- You independently handle concerns and feedback and work closely with other departments and areas
Your profile – professionally strong and personally convincing
- Completed training as a domestic specialist EFZ / hotel specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of responsibility and ideally experience in team leadership
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style – even in demanding situations
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends
