In this role, you will become the central link between our customers, our plants, and our internal teams. You ensure that sustainable energy solutions are not only produced but also reliably delivered to our customers. Your tasks:
- Complete order processing and coordination of customer orders of all kinds
- Responsible for logistical issues regarding the import and domestic distribution of products/orders according to the logistics process
- Close coordination with customers regarding delivery dates and delivery locations (Distribution Excellence)
- Telephone support, advice, and handling of internal and external customers on administrative questions and concerns
- Preparation of offers, customer orders, and tender documents for public submissions
- Coordination and preparation of invoicing/order lists to ensure timely order invoicing in cooperation with central administration
- Close cooperation with the internal and external sales teams in the sales regions throughout Switzerland
- Close cooperation with the Hoval plants regarding optimal delivery performance
- Responsible for the debtor master data of the customer group Contractors
- Responsible for the creation, annual review, and adjustment of existing processes in the district heating department

Your profile:
- Commercial training or further education
- 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Structured working method and competent appearance
- Strong team and customer orientation
- Communicative and market-oriented personality
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- German spoken and written, French is an advantage
