Development and implementation of the global sales strategy in line with corporate goals
Leadership, coaching, and further development of international sales teams and subsidiaries
Analysis of market trends as well as identification and prioritization of strategically important segments (e.g., Life Sciences, Biopharma, Biotechnology)
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and strategic partners worldwide
Promoting collaboration with marketing, product management, and after-sales for a consistent customer journey
Ensuring global standards in sales processes, reporting, and CRM
Definition and tracking of KPIs as well as continuous improvement of tools and processes
Initiation of growth strategies and exploration of new markets
Exchange of best practices between subsidiaries
Strengthening operational excellence and customer orientation throughout sales
At least 8 years of experience in international sales leadership positions, ideally in Life Sciences or Biotechnology
Proven success in building new markets and implementing global sales strategies
Experience in managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with marketing & product management
Strong leadership qualities, high emotional intelligence, and ability to inspire multicultural teams
Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills and vision
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking with solid technical understanding of bioprocessing and laboratory workflows
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Spanish or French are an advantage
The main location for this position is in Bottmingen. Willingness to travel 30-40% is essential for this role.
