Job description
We are looking for a Setter Programmer - 5-Axis Milling to join our teams in the Canton of Neuchâtel and support our clients in programming, debugging, and optimizing machining processes on 5-axis machines, ensuring the performance, quality, and robustness of the products made.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Define the machining strategy, program and debug new products on the machine.
- Ensure the interface with the Technical Project Manager for the debugging of machining processes, including strategy definition, programming, tool selection, testing, and formalization of associated documentation.
- Guarantee the robustness, repeatability, and reproducibility of machining processes to meet cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
- Collaborate with quality teams to validate process capability and ensure transfer and on-site support in production.
- Integrate assembly constraints and product aesthetic requirements into the machining process definition.
- Create automatic correction matrices and ensure the availability of required technical documentation.
- Take charge of monitoring precious materials used.
🎯 Your profile
- Technician in microtechnology, mechanics, or micromechanics.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in machining (senior level).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM (Creo Parametric is a plus), Windchill PLM, Office suite.
- Proficiency in APC: Ellisetting.
- Proficiency in ISO code and ISO GPS dimensioning.
- Good knowledge of 5-axis machine tools (Chiron).
- Proven ability to work in project mode, team spirit, technical interest.
- Good interpersonal skills, communicative, concise, adaptable.
- Fluent in French.
