- Completed 3-year basic education EFZ, specialist middle school diploma, or gymnasium Matura
- Strong social and self-competence
- Physical and mental resilience
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- High initiative and willingness to perform
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
- Passed aptitude test
