- You are responsible for first-class customer service and represent the company to customers in the region.
- You ensure reliable order fulfillment to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- You enjoy contributing your expertise to support and ensure the use of modern, digitized vehicles in daily and weekly planning.
- You ensure sustainable, innovative, and economical dispatching of gravel and concrete deliveries as well as logistical services and support Holcim in its high requirements for safety, quality, and environmental protection.
- You are willing to represent and support the Aargau region (Mülligen) during absences.
What you bring
- You have completed training and have experience in dispatching. Additionally, you have expertise in the areas of gravel, construction material recycling, or raw material processing. You have built a solid network with transport service providers in the Northwest Switzerland region.
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and digitalization and strive for continuous development in this area. With your proactive, implementation-strong, and innovative working style, you convince. You are structured and independent in your approach.
- You hold a category C driving license and are willing to flexibly take on substitute assignments on the truck if needed.
- Your team- and customer-oriented attitude distinguishes you. You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
