Your tasks
- Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparing the monthly reporting
- Responsible for the preparation of operational and strategic site planning
- Creating ad-hoc analyses, variance analyses, and target-actual comparisons
- Preparing and accompanying remuneration negotiations with cost bearers
- Collaborating on strategic projects as well as further developing business and key figure reporting
Your profile
- Completed business administration studies or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on health management and/or controlling
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP FI/CO as well as ideally a pronounced IT affinity
- Strong communication and social skills
- Analytical thinking and structured working method
- Ability to work in a team as well as a high level of commitment and flexibility
