To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated personality as F&B Management Trainee. In your management internship, you will gain comprehensive insight into all relevant areas of Food & Beverage management. The goal is to systematically prepare you for a leadership role in the F&B sector and to develop you both professionally and personally.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in our gastronomy operations
- Active support in daily business and events
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Support of the F&B management in operational and administrative leadership
- Assistance with duty and deployment planning
- Support in ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management
- Participation in inventories, cost control, and key figure analysis
- Role model function in daily operations
- Support in the introduction and accompaniment of new employees
- Active participation in a appreciative, respectful team culture
