To strengthen our team in the field of Administration in Vevey, we are looking for a motivated and committed person for the position of Customer Service Employee at 25 %, immediately until 31.12.2025. Join a warm team, varied tasks, and a pleasant working atmosphere!
Your responsibilities
- You handle customer inquiries and complaints and quickly and easily find solutions.
- You provide comprehensive and competent advice on assortment and service, covering both our offline and online offerings.
- You enter orders for our customers in the online shop using a tablet, thus offering a unique and complete shopping experience.
- You are the contact person for complaints and returns in the online shop.
- You are an expert regarding our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs.
- You perform general administrative tasks in the back office.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or the commercial sector.
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably within a Customer Service department.
- You are a communicative person and enjoy interacting with different categories of people.
- You are able to manage a high volume of customers and maintain an overview even in the busiest situations.
- You enjoy working in a team and value a neat appearance and exemplary behavior.
- You have good IT skills and use common Office applications with ease.
- You speak French fluently and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
- You have a clean debt collection register extract and a clean criminal record extract.
