Tasks
- Professional supervision of psychologists in training within the framework of their inpatient case management and outpatient therapies
- Case-leading individual therapy of patients including family and other relevant persons
- Leading group therapies embedded in a disorder- and age-specific concept
- Collaboration in the DBT therapy program
- Comprehensive diagnostics in cooperation with the specialist physician
- Interdisciplinary work in the treatment team (psychologists, doctors, milieu team, special therapies) as well as networking with external caregivers and other involved parties
- Outpatient clarification interviews
Profile
- Completed psychotherapy training and professional experience
- Experience in diagnostics and therapy of patients with personality disorders, with young patients
- Advanced or completed DBT training
- Enjoyment in working with young adults in complex personal and family life situations and in treating self-regulation and interaction disorders
- Reliable, communicative, flexible, and resilient personality
