Nursing Specialist HF 70 to 80% with Interest in Leadership (Opportunity for a Management Career) and, if Interested, with Responsibility for Quality Assurance

Nursing Specialist HF 70 to 80% with interest in leadership (opportunity for a management career) and, if interested, with responsibility for quality assurance

Your area of responsibility:

• Deputizing for the nursing management during holidays and other absences
• Ensuring high-quality nursing – even in suddenly changing, complex care situations
• Conducting needs assessments and writing care plans with InterRAI HC including case responsibility
• Promoting the existing resources of our clients to maintain autonomy and quality of life
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary Spitex team with somatic and psychiatric nursing as well as housekeeping and social care
• Promoting professional cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
• Taking over daily responsibility (alternating)
• Participation in night on-call duties in complex care situations (night on-call only occasionally - not regularly!)  
• Creating duty and deployment planning in cooperation with the nursing manager
• Participation in the monthly health consultation

For this role, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Some professional experience (experience in Spitex not mandatory!)
• Joy in the nursing profession in the outpatient sector
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• High professional, communication, self, and social competence
• Time flexibility and high mental as well as physical resilience
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
• Good IT user skills
• Further training in leadership (or willingness to complete it)
• Further training in Palliative Care A2 (or willingness to complete it)
