For our growing Group Reporting and Consolidation team in Rotkreuz, ZG, we are looking for a committed personality as Junior Specialist Reporting & Consolidation to join us immediately or by arrangement to shape the future together.YOUR TASKS
- You make an important contribution to the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting as well as the preparation of the consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You support and work in the planning process (forecast, budget, business plan)
- You help to further develop reporting and controlling instruments in terms of standardization and automation
- You carry out various ad-hoc analyses and prepare statistics
YOUR PROFILE
- You have further education (FH/University) in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or you are currently in training for this
- You have a high IT affinity, especially excellent Excel skills (macros, etc.). Initial experience with consolidation systems (e.g., IBM Cognos Controller) is an advantage
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, as well as an independent and well-structured way of working
- You are resilient and have a high sense of responsibility, duty, and quality awareness
- You communicate confidently in German and English
