About the job
What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the operation and functionality of simulators, ICT, VR/AR technology as well as the AV system
- Preparation and follow-up of training rooms
- Ensuring smooth technical processes (instruction of user groups, resource management)
- Management and maintenance of devices and technical materials
- Support with administrative tasks (e.g. online course bookings)
- Participation in the further development and optimization of the training environment as well as continuous quality improvements
What you bring with you
- Completed training in event technology, ICT system technology, electrical or medical technology or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in handling technical devices, software systems, AV and network technology as well as VR/AR
- Experience in technical support, ideally in clinical, medical technology or academic environment
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with different user groups
- High service orientation as well as good English skills
