Your mission:

With a team of more than 20 people, you ensure the management of the assigned facilities by guaranteeing optimal and efficient operation in compliance with the company's certifications and good external relations.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure project management and execution within cost, time, and quality constraints
• Guarantee the safety of people, property, and the environment as well as compliance with safety directives and measures
• Manage and develop the personnel of the hydroelectric operations group (GEH)
• Organize work to ensure optimal utilization of employees
• Operate and maintain the assigned production and distribution facilities in accordance with budgetary provisions and production and performance objectives
• Propose operating and/or investment budgets

Your skills:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as electrician, automation technician, mechanic, or equivalent trade with a federal diploma as maintenance manager or HES engineer in the mentioned fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydroelectric production or industry in a similar role
• Proven experience in personnel management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations and workload fluctuations
• Very good command of computer tools
