Specialized Assortment Advisor (m/f/d) 50%
Your tasks:
- Live the LIPO values daily and proactively manage and advise customers, taking sales initiatives and strongly focusing on customer service
- Co-responsible for achieving sales targets, you ensure that the presentation is impeccable (shelving, price display, cleanliness, order, currency of displayed items, etc.) and you check that the shelves are always well stocked
- Co-responsible for stock management, you assist with goods receipt and inventory taking
- Co-responsible for company safety, you ensure the application of safety guidelines
- You take care of our kind customers in case of complaints and offer them professional advice, assisting at the checkout if needed
Your profile:
- Completed training in retail or similar CFC/AFP training and several years of experience in retail
- Very good knowledge of French spoken and written, as well as good computer skills
- You have a taste and sensitivity for colors, shapes, trends, and interior decoration and you enjoy contact with customers, you are friendly and customer service oriented
- Precise and reliable working method, as well as good teamwork and communication skills
- Your strong planning and organizational skills, combined with your initiative and ability to inspire, complete your profile
