Company Description
The Office for Finance (www.llv.li/af) manages the financial accounting of the Liechtenstein National Administration, prepares the national accounts, and coordinates the financial planning processes. Furthermore, we manage operational liquidity, participate in the administration of national assets, and support the government and offices in financial and public budget law matters.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Preparation and further development of the monthly financial report for the national accounts
- Monitoring the use of budget credits within the national administration and administration of approved supplementary credits and credit overruns
- Support of the office management as well as employees in the area of the Controlling department
- Advising the government and offices on financial and public budget law issues
- Occasional participation in projects
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- Higher financial or business administration education (Bachelor/Master or Swiss federal diploma Controller)
- Ideally several years of professional experience in controlling
- Strong analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension
- Very good MS Excel skills and experience in report writing
- Strong communication skills as well as a friendly and professional manner with different stakeholders
- Reliable, structured, and team-oriented working style
