- The department assumes the missions entrusted to the State in the areas of population, police, civil and military security, execution of sentences, prosecutions and bankruptcies, IT and digitalization, transport, culture, human resources, and political institutions. It also intervenes in legal services, legislation, and occupational pension matters.
- Integrated within the general secretariat team, you prepare, analyze, and synthesize files for the head of department and the general secretary. Every analysis you conduct directly informs their decisions. Your activities also include writing speeches, developing impactful reports, convincing presentations, and correspondence that convey our vision. Your role calls for active participation in intra- and interdepartmental working groups, leading projects that shape the department's future, and involvement in crisis management. Communication and media relations are part of your daily routine. You collaborate in preparing actions that promote our department as well as in media relations arising from them. Your expertise strengthens the image, coherence, and impact of our public action. You work closely with the head of department, the general secretary, and department executives. This proximity to management gives you an overall vision and a strategic role in your missions.
- You hold a master's degree or an equivalent qualification. Your professional experience of several years reveals a strong interest in the public and parapublic sector, particularly in transport, security, and culture. With excellent writing skills, you master the art of synthesis while adapting your writing to different audiences and issues. Your texts are clear, impactful, and convincing. Political awareness, great availability, and autonomy characterize you. You anticipate needs and take initiatives. Moreover, you possess solid communication and organizational skills. Versatility and agility define your approach. You simultaneously manage several projects covering various fields. Comfortable with common IT tools, you apply your digital skills on social networks. Proficiency in German is an additional asset for this position.
