More than 1300 students attend the Rüti school, and about 280 of them take advantage of the school’s supplementary care services, which are provided with great commitment and joy by the care teams in three student daycare centers and a lunch table.
For the care group at the Schlossberg daycare location, we are looking for someone to start on October 1, 2025, or by agreement, for the activity during school hours (39 school weeks).
Caregiver with daily responsibility approx. 30 %
Workdays: Monday and Tuesday; Working hours: 11:30 AM to 6:15 PM (including 30 minutes break)
Your tasks:
- Leading a care group in pedagogical and organizational terms
- Accompanying and supporting school-age children from kindergarten to 6th grade
- Substituting for the group leader
- Collaboration with parents, school, and other stakeholders
- Responsibility for implementing internal framework conditions
- Participation in meetings
- Assisting in the holiday daycare
Your profile:
- Completed training as a specialist in care (FaBe) or an equivalent qualification
- Solid practical experience in child care is desired
- Excellent social skills
- High willingness to serve and confidentiality
- Enjoyment in working with students from different cultures
- Good oral and written German skills
- Willingness to work flexibly
