Project Coordinator 80 - 100%

As part of a regulated succession, we are looking for you as a project coordinator. Our long-standing incumbent is retiring and handing over his projects into responsible hands. You coordinate several projects confidently, think structurally and feel comfortable at the interface between technology and customers. In this role, you manage customer projects from start to successful completion and ensure that organization, administration, deadlines, costs, and quality are always optimally coordinated.

• You procure project- and construction site-specific information for efficient assembly
• You further plan, organize, and schedule all project activities and monitor deadlines, costs, and quality of the assigned projects - in other words, you take over the projects from sales and accompany them until customer handover/project completion
• You prepare cost overviews as well as partial and final invoices
• You advise customers professionally and competently
• You ensure clear, targeted communication with all internal and external parties involved
• You ensure compliance with standards, warranty, and legal requirements
• You define and monitor target times per drive together with the assembly management
• You support with outstanding payments, budget compliance, and the optimization of setup and process organizations
