Team Leader Industrial Door Service

Technical responsibility

• Together with your team, you are responsible for modernization and repair work on door and gate installations – including handover and instructions to customers
• Compliance with safety instructions, standards, legal requirements, and warranty conditions is a given for you.
• You actively participate and support your team in planning periodic maintenance work.
• You support the planning department in organizing projects, from planning to final invoicing. You manage deadlines and costs.
• You ensure clear and targeted communication with all persons involved in the project and are a preferred contact person for Modernization Sales
• You assist the project manager in preparing offers, calculations, and obtaining requests.
• Responsibility for achieving objectives according to process indicators, budget, and strategy is also part of your role

Leadership tasks

• You lead, train, and encourage your team of 6 to 9 employees according to our management principles
• You ensure that processes, work tools, and relevant documents for the team are properly used, understood, and taught.
• You proactively implement occupational safety and health measures and regularly monitor them

• Completed basic technical training, ideally with additional commercial training, several years of professional experience in assembly or customer service, and experience in team leadership
• Native French speaker, good knowledge of German (level B2)
• Category B driving license and residence in French-speaking Switzerland/Bern
• Availability to regularly attend continuing education and participate in team meetings in German-speaking Switzerland
• Charisma, service orientation, high autonomy in work
• Strong planning and organizational skills, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commercial sense, complete your profile.
