We are looking for you for our F&B Team starting April 2025!

• You efficiently and strategically manage the Grill Restaurant & Lake Terrace in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS)
• You promote a customer- and service-oriented culture of behavior and actively implement it
• You implement economic goals and develop new strategies to achieve them
• You take on the host role at internal and external events in all areas of the hotel
• You ensure smooth service operations
• You implement new systems to ensure the timeliness and efficiency of processes
• You take on the hub and interface function between the outlets and other departments

• You shape the ongoing product detailing and develop sales-promoting measures that optimally present our offers.

  In collaboration with the Director of F&B:

• You lead employees consistently and fairly and actively support the creation and monitoring of work schedules
• You train, motivate, and promote your team to ensure their further development.
• You observe market and industry trends
• You receive feedback, complaints, and requests and initiate immediate measures as well as follow-ups

• You have experience in a similar position
• You possess leadership skills and good social competence
• You can express yourself fluently in German and English
• You are a charismatic host personality and have a great interest in international gastronomy and hospitality
• You know your professional and personal strengths
• You have innovative ideas and are curious
