Make a difference for patients
We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Control department, based at our biotechnological, pharmaceutical, and chemical production site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing analytical tests according to the received instructions under predefined quality conditions (accurate and reliable), timing, technical compliance, hygiene, safety, and environmental respect.
Your activities
- Performing analyses: Conduct tests according to instructions and current pharmacopoeias.
- Reliability of results: Deliver accurate and reliable results, and verify colleagues' analyses.
- Management of subcontracting: Send analyses to subcontract and process received results.
- Continuous improvement: Propose measures to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
- Procedure writing: Participate in drafting and updating procedures.
- Equipment maintenance: Respect and maintain equipment and premises.
