Your Area of Responsibility
- Smooth practice organization of gynecology and obstetrics
- Contact person for patients by phone and at reception
- Appointment scheduling as well as handling of
administrative tasks - Performing blood draws and infusions as well as pregnancy check-ups and assisting with
minor procedures - Fixed working day Wednesday and half a day by
arrangement as well as covering team members during absences
Your Competencies
- Training as a medical practice assistant
preferably with several years of professional experience in
a lively practice environment - Organizational talent with a structured and efficient way of working
- Team player, service-oriented and
empathetic personality - Good German skills as well as good IT skills
