From the beginning of your apprenticeship, you are part of our team. Whether on the sales floor, in customer service, or at the cash register – you are in the middle of the action and actively contribute to the success of our stores. You help us to excite our customers about H&M every day. With us, you learn everything you need for a successful career: exciting insights into how retail works in practice and a solid theoretical education at vocational school.

You:
- will get to know the different areas in our stores in detail during your apprenticeship. You will learn how we operate at H&M and what makes us special. Whether on the sales floor, in the fitting room, or at the cash register – our customers are always at the center of everything we do.
- will see how campaigns and sales promotions are successfully implemented to achieve our sales targets together.
- will learn how to creatively and inspiringly present our unique looks and departments and the role our stockroom plays in this.
- will gain exciting insights into administrative tasks and learn everything about what happens behind the scenes of a successful store and how the different areas ultimately belong together.

- Your monthly apprentice salary (gross) is
1000.- in the 1st year, 1200.- in the 2nd year, 1600.- in the 3rd year
(paid 13 times annually) - 30 days of vacation
- 38.5 weekly working hours
