The Research & Development department of BOBST, located at the Mex (VD) site, is looking for its future Pre-HEG administrative intern

As an intern, you will join the RD&E team and provide essential support to the department's administrative activities. This internship is an ideal opportunity to discover the workings of an innovative and dynamic industrial environment while developing your professional skills.

Location: Mex (Vaud), Switzerland

Activity rate: 100%

Fixed-term contract

Duration: 12 months

Your mission

Your profile

• Management of CE certificates for our delivered machines
• Creation of purchase requests
• Monitoring of orders and R&D supply
• Consolidation of monthly reporting support
• Management of the Technology Management SharePoint
• Management of the R&D storeroom
• Organization and booking of rooms and vehicles
