- Erfahrung in Infrastruktur, Netzwerken, Microsoft Cloud und Security.
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an praxisnahen IT-Lösungen.

The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders.
The ICT is responsible for the IT infrastructure, support, and operation of all institutions of the Von Effinger Foundation. We build on modern Microsoft Cloud technologies in collaboration with our IT partner.
Head of ICT (m/f/d), 80-100%
Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for a successor at our location in Lenzburg from December 1 or by agreement.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the stable, secure, and efficient ICT operation of the hospital
- Further development of our ICT infrastructure and services – together with external partners and suppliers
- Leadership and development of a small team (2 employees)
- Designing efficient and future-proof processes through digitization and the use of AI
- Leading and implementing ICT projects with a direct impact on daily hospital operations
- Operational involvement in the area of infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, switches, hardware)
- Responsibility for the ICT budget including controlling
- Ensuring IT security and data protection
Your profile:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- First leadership experience or motivation to take on this responsibility
- Several years of professional experience in ICT – with know-how in infrastructure, networks, security, Microsoft Cloud, as well as applications and interfaces
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Ability to connect operational tasks with strategic thinking
- Enjoyment in effectively and sustainably supporting the work of our employees from different professional groups with practical IT solutions.
- Self-responsibility, teamwork ability, and an attitude characterized by respect and appreciation
- Mobility: Willingness to occasionally work at the Gontenschwil location and other locations of the foundation
