- You gather requirements, clarify them within the team, and translate them into well-thought-out design solutions
- You develop responsive UX/UI designs in Figma – for web (mobile, tablet, desktop) and app
- You carefully document your designs and hand them over so that developers clearly understand and can easily implement them
- You consistently work with existing design guidelines and patterns so that all elements fit into the overall appearance
- You coordinate closely with your colleagues, take feedback, and implement iterations efficiently
- If needed, you implement simple HTML components yourself for use in the CMS
- Completed vocational training in the field of business administration/informatics/mediamatics or a comparable education or degree with further training in the digital field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a UX/UI designer
- You are experienced in Figma and are well versed in Auto Layout, Components/Variants, responsive layouts as well as clean files and libraries.
- You think developer-friendly: clear specifications, sensible constraints, practical designs instead of unnecessary complexity
- You bring a strong understanding of UI consistency and design systems – and know how to respect and further develop existing patterns
- You know the UX basics: user guidance, visual hierarchy, comprehensibility, and meaningful interaction states
- You work with precision and creativity – pay attention to detail but find pragmatic and good solutions within the guidelines
- Nice to have would be a solid basic understanding of HTML/CSS to implement simple components in the CMS context
- You are a real team fit: communicative, independent, reliable, and can quickly familiarize yourself with existing projects and structures
