In our growing team, you take responsibility in exciting building construction projects, develop step by step, and receive support on your way to project management in the field of master builder work – for example, by attending the construction management school. Are you ready to make the leap from construction to management? We are, together with you!
Here is what you will do
- Participation and support in managing exciting building construction projects
- Gradual assumption of project responsibility – from planning to realization
- Close collaboration with our experienced project management team
- Coordination of work on the construction site as well as interface between client, planning, and execution
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training in construction (e.g., mason) with experience and/or completed further training as foreman / site manager
- Interest in further training in project management – ideally with the goal of attending the construction management school
- Enjoy organizing, communicating, and achieving goals together
- Reliable, eager to learn, and team-oriented personality
