Tasks

Your Tasks
- First point of contact for patients, relatives, visitors
- Professional and independent handling of inpatient and outpatient patients including emergency admissions
- Ensuring a professional telephone response on the main phone number
- Clarifications of insurance coverage for patients as well as maintenance of master data
- Correct and courteous communication culture towards all internal and external customers and promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration
Your Profile
- Commercial training or further education with professional experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare with knowledge of medical terminology
- Solid IT skills (MS Office essential, SAP and Kisim an advantage)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends (including Sundays and public holidays)
- Initiative, team-oriented, and professionally competent personality with quick comprehension and customer-oriented action
- High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Fluent German, preferably with knowledge of foreign languages
