With a nationwide presence, we are looking to strengthen our back office. To this end, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of ‘Customer Service Agent (m/f)’ on a four-month fixed-term contract at 20%-40% to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and responding to the needs of our customers/partners
- Handling requests by telephone, chat or email;
- Managing customer complaints;
- Calculating penalties/refunds for customers/partners;
- Providing support for our partners;
- Processing flags/tasks
- Tracking order progress;
- Preventing delays for customers;
- Participating in improvements to our tools;
- Reporting issues to Admin Customer Care;
- Administrative tasks
- Translations;
- Gold customer reactivation;
- Customer review calls;
- Other tasks
- At the request of their direct or indirect line manager, employees may be required to perform any other tasks directly or indirectly related to their position.
