These tasks await you:

Support of customer projects from the product idea to series production as well as projects in the existing product lifecycle

Leading interdisciplinary project teams, active participation in finding solutions and creating concepts, responsibility for cost and schedule control as well as for achieving project goals

Link between customers, development, and industrialization: clarifying technical requirements and coordinating implementation

Ensuring systematic project reporting including lessons learned and knowledge transfer

Active support of the sales team during the acquisition phase

What distinguishes you:

Several years of experience as a project manager in an industrial company with development responsibility

Completed basic training in the field of technology or electronics as well as further training as a project manager; degrees from HF/FH are an advantage but not a requirement

Technical understanding, knowledge of methods in process and project management as well as solid know-how in the development of technical components and complete devices

Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form

Entrepreneurial thinking, enthusiasm, and team orientation

Willingness to travel occasionally at home and abroad
