Your area of responsibility
- Team leadership: Disciplinary and technical management of the team and process responsibility for the Development Engineering Container / Packaging and Design Transfer area including further development and training for all business processes in this area.
- Project management: Participation in defining the roadmap for container systems and packaging solutions considering usability, sustainability, and regulatory trends. Responsibility for the conception, development, realization, and implementation of container and packaging systems.
- Interfaces: Close collaboration with product management, testing, production, regulatory affairs, and external partners.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 11607) and high-quality standards in the medical technology environment.
Your qualifications
- You have a technical education (ETH/FH) and several years of professional experience in medical technology.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. In addition, you bring solid CAD knowledge, ideally in Inventor.
- You possess a strong understanding of anatomy and clinical issues as well as in-depth knowledge of the medical technology regulatory environment.
- You work analytically, structured, and goal-oriented. As an independent, proactive, and communicative personality, you take responsibility and keep an overview even in complex situations.
- You have the ability to motivate, lead, and further develop a team. A strong customer and service orientation rounds off your profile.
