Your main activities:

• Responsible for the IT hotline and the ticketing system of the Burkhalter Group
• Support (Helpdesk) for users in the use of IT systems
• Problem analysis and problem solving by phone (first-level support)
• Analyzing, resolving, and documenting ICT problems

Our requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT supporter, or equivalent further education
• Experience in service desk/1st level support
• Solid knowledge and experience in hardware, software, and network technologies as well as office applications and operating systems
• Good knowledge of the current Microsoft product range (server and client operating systems) and server virtualization
• Service- and customer-oriented as well as resilient personality with excellent communication skills
• Independent and structured working style as well as a quick grasp
• Fluent and confident in German (spoken and written) and French (spoken)
