You ensure that reception, office services, and administrative processes run smoothly – with organizational talent, service orientation, and an eye for detail.

Your tasks
Reception coordination and office management:
- Customer reception and care, applicant reception and care
- Mail service: mail acceptance and distribution & handling of letters and packages
- Responsibility for organizing internal and external events
- Answering and forwarding email correspondence and telephone administration
- Support in facility management including management of office supplies and badges (Zurich as well as support for Bern/Basel)
- First-level support for office equipment (e.g., MS TEAMS, printers)
- Organization of filing and archiving structures
- Participation in office management projects and administrative support in internal projects
- Support in travel management
- Contact person for employee inquiries and concerns for the Zurich office and support for the Bern/Basel offices
- Interface to HR for onboarding/offboarding (new hires/leavers)
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- You have professional experience in a similar position
- You bring initiative, independence, and assertiveness
- You are an organizational talent and have a structured way of working
- You have good German and English skills; French skills are a plus
