Your daily work:
- In this versatile role, you take over the entire order processing – from initiation through deadline monitoring to invoice verification – manage inventory disposition and maintain master data
- With your strategic thinking, you create and compare calculations and demonstrate a healthy assertiveness when working with our suppliers
- You are responsible for the annual inventory, initiate disposition processes, and actively participate in projects
- In addition, you optimize processes in your own area and at interfaces with your own initiative, work closely with our production and other departments, and handle special orders including customs formalities
What is important to us:
- You have completed basic training and initial professional experience and/or further training in purchasing
- Your structured, conscientious, and goal-oriented way of working allows you to keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You communicate confidently in German and have good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Your flexible, reliable, and dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality rounds off your profile
