To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed personality with HR expertise at the location in Bülach immediately or by arrangement, who takes on both operational and strategic HR tasks and additionally supports our company in various HR projects.

- Comprehensive support and advice for managers and employees at the locations Bülach, Zurich Airport, and Balerna
- Ensuring professional HR operations at the locations
- Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, personnel development, performance)
- Advice on labor law issues and ensuring HR standards
- Active participation or leadership of HR projects (e.g.
- e.g. digitization, corporate health management, organizational development, employer branding)
- Recruitment of specialist and management positions
- Support in organizational and personnel development
- Regular presence at the supported locations (in Balerna by arrangement with the site management and HR management)
- Completed basic training with further education in HR (at least HR specialist certificate, CAS HRM or degree)
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law, especially the Code of Obligations (OR), Labor Act (ArG), and relevant ordinances
- Confident handling of Swiss social insurances (AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, UVG)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and a good sense for people
- Ability to competently advise managers on legal HR topics
- Experience in participating or leading HR projects
- Very good Italian and German skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory; other languages are an advantage
- Trustworthy, solution-oriented, and strong advisory personality
- Structured and team-oriented working style, assertiveness, high personal responsibility, and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to visit the Zurich Airport and Balerna locations
