Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HR/HCM Expert to support our transformation and migration projects to SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP SuccessFactors. You will play a key role in business needs analysis, design, configuration, as well as functional consulting with our client teams.
Responsibilities
Analyze and challenge HR business needs (payroll, administrative management, time management, talent management).
Design the workload plan and activities related to the HR/HCM functional scope.
Configure and maintain SAP PA, OM, PT, and PY modules.
Ensure confirmed expertise in Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
Support migration to SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
Act as a functional reference and consultant for business teams.
Participate in data migration and monitor work during weekly meetings.
Write functional documentation and organize knowledge transfer.
Contribute to testing, acceptance, and post go-live support phases.
Conduct technological watch and promote SAP HR best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Higher education degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
Experience of 5 to 10 years minimum on SAP HR/HCM projects.
Confirmed and mandatory mastery of the Payroll (PY) module.
Very good knowledge of PA and OM modules, and ideally PT.
Solid understanding of HR processes (administrative management, payroll, working time, talent management).
Proven experience on S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
Knowledge or experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Time, Payroll, LMS) appreciated.
Experience in Switzerland and good knowledge of local legal and regulatory specifics is a plus.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Fluent French, professional English
