Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Independent execution of laboratory analyses in the internal laboratory as well as ensuring error-free processing and proper storage of medical sample collections
- Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment and supplies
- First point of contact for our patients with questions - you meet them with empathy in difficult life situations
- Independent handling of all referrals, collaboration in outpatient patient management (ZPM) as well as support in the documentation and evaluation of analyses
- Responsible for planning outpatient consultation and therapy appointments in close cooperation with nursing staff and doctors
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ with experience in the practice laboratory
- Excellent MS Office skills and confident handling of electronic work tools
- Mastery of medical terminology and confident in German correspondence
- A team-oriented, flexible, resilient, and courteous personality with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness, willing to take on additional shifts in case of illness or vacation
- Organizational talent with an eye for the big picture – you think networked and cross-departmentally
