In this position, you will lead new construction and renovation projects through all SIA phases and represent the client towards contractors, authorities, and third parties. You are responsible for the commissioning, coordination, and management of all internal and external project participants, controlling the planning and construction process, and managing and monitoring costs, schedules, and quality while considering project-specific requirements. You also ensure timely and phased information and communication to all stakeholders.
For this role, you bring training as an architect or civil engineer ETH/FH. Several years of professional experience in client-side project management and excellent knowledge of project management are required.
You are a reliable and resilient leader and treat employees, contractors, as well as the voluntary members of the board and commissions with respect, diplomatic skill, and openness. You can identify with the goals and values of FGZ.
