Tasks
Further expansion of the offerings of courses, guided tours, workshops, and trips around gardening and related topics such as nutrition, animals, crafts, nature, and landscape
Developing new offerings, acquiring new course instructors
Market and competitor observation, recognizing trends and new needs
Planning the program with recognized internal and external experts
Organizing the courses including providing materials, preparing and sending checklists to ensure smooth operation
Supporting the course instructors
Supporting the course participants
Calculating the courses, setting prices
Conducting regular controlling of the development of the Garden Academy
Correct and timely invoicing
Checking and approving incoming invoices
Managing two employees
Requirements
Completed commercial training
Interest in gardening and nature
Experience in contact with internal and external business partners
Conceptual work and negotiation skills
Willingness for seasonally flexible working hours
Contact and communication skills
Sense of responsibility and reliability
High commitment and willingness for long-term engagement
Good French and English skills are an advantage
