You bring solid experience in leading sales teams, are ideally deeply integrated into the economic fabric of the region, and have a strong local network. In this responsible position, you can actively contribute to the further development and sustainable success of our General Agency.
Your diverse tasks include:
- Team leadership and management: Leading, motivating, and promoting a multidisciplinary team as well as personnel development through recruitment, training, and further education
- Sales and marketing: Developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Business development: Managing and expanding the customer portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling, as well as maintaining a network of business partners and brokers.
- Representation and communication: Representing the insurance company at regional events and effective communication with customers to resolve issues and handle complaints
- Administrative tasks: Preparing regular reports on business activities and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and internal guidelines.
- Innovation and digitalization: Promoting and implementing digital solutions to optimize processes and improve customer service, as well as implementing innovative approaches to increase the agency's competitiveness
What distinguishes you:
- Several years of experience in leading and motivating sales teams
- Completed university degree, federal specialist certificate in insurance, or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
- Strong network within the insurance industry
- Openness to change and digital developments
