What you will do here
- Ensure customer- and service-oriented, needs-based HR consulting for the Department of Health
- Advise and support managers and employees on all HR topics such as leadership, recruitment, remuneration, support, evaluation, development, and separation
- Ensure active leadership support in culture and organizational development – with the right sensitivity for processes and people
- Continuously further develop HR processes and tools and actively participate in overarching projects
- Work closely with the HR Service Center and the HR specialist support of BFH
What you ideally bring with you
- Education or training in Human Resources Management and several years of operational and strategic HR experience
- Ability to quickly recognize connections, interact flexibly adapted to the situation, and find solutions
- Open, committed personality with a high sense of responsibility and the necessary assertiveness, very independent and well-organized way of working
- Strong communication skills - in German (C2) and English (B2)
- Socially engaged - we are a cool team with a great deal of energy
