Polymechanic / Production Mechanic EFZ

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of CNC milling/drilling and turning.

In this responsible position, you will manufacture highly precise individual parts for stamping and injection molding tools and ensure efficient processes in production.

Your tasks

• Independent programming, setup, and operation of modern CNC milling and turning machines as well as monitoring the machining processes

• Optimization of processes to increase machine utilization and efficiency

• Providing targeted and actionable improvement suggestions to optimize milling, drilling, and turning processes

• Maintenance and servicing of the assigned machine park to ensure flawless condition

• Promoting order and cleanliness for a safe and pleasant working environment

Your profile

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ with experience in soft machining (milling, turning, drilling)

• Solid knowledge in CNC programming and operation

• Experience in CAD design with UG NX as well as confident handling of technical documents

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style

• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
