- You handle first level support requests and complaints and process errors and technical problems
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer concern in the system
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- German as a native language
- Very good Italian skills in spoken and written form are a must
- Another national language is desired (French or English)
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience to facilitate customer service
- Flexibility and reliability are additional advantages
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- After the training and onboarding phase, home office is possible depending on the project
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Up to the 5th year of service, one additional day of vacation each year
