Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of a unique tailor-made service worldwide, recognized by its clients and the market. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to process banking operations for demanding clients.
At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Manager for our Fund Dealing desk.
🤓 The team
The position is to be filled at our Lausanne offices.
The Fund Management Desk ensures the transmission and proper execution of orders on investment funds with the registers for client banks that have outsourced this part of their activity to Azqore. The team is composed of 8 employees.
The Fund Dealing Desk unit handles the following tasks:
• Transmission within the allotted time of subscription and redemption orders to counterparties
• Verification and monitoring of orders as well as their proper execution
• Control of payments and updating of payment instructions
• Accounting of operations
- Provide information databases related to subscription/redemption modalities to enable order placement
- Ensure the opening of relationships with new administrators.
- Execute treatments specific to private equity funds
- Processing and monitoring of cash and securities investigations
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
- Control of payments for subscription and redemption orders
- Ensure proper handling of desk activities
- Processing and monitoring of securities account openings with registers and custodians
- Contact with the legal departments of client banks as well as Middle Office
- Customer support and support to the Funds Dealing Desk unit
- Updating treatments and processes
As a Team Leader, you will be required to:
- Ensure the smooth running of the service, the correct conduct of operations, compliance and proper application of procedures and directives, distribution and allocation of work as well as personnel management.
- Ensure the proper application of ethical rules.
- Analyze operational incidents and produce reports with the support of Service Managers and be proactive in reducing operational risk and its control
- Coordinate the production of statistics and dashboard of the Desk
