Job Description

As part of the deployment of a new strategic solution, our Data & AI IT Product team is looking for an experienced Reltio Architect / Technical Lead to lead the implementation and structure MDM governance.

🎯 Your responsibilities:

🛑 Reltio Architecture & Configuration

Advanced design and implementation of Reltio (L3 configurations)
Setting match & merge rules, survivorship logic, workflows
UI layouts configuration

🛑 Data Modeling

Design and implementation of complex data models
Management of crosswalks and hierarchies

🛑 Integration & Data Pipelines

Development and integration via Reltio Integration Hub & APIs
Participation in setting up ETL/ELT flows

🛑 Leadership & Coordination

Technical supervision and mentoring of the project team
Close collaboration with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders
Translating business needs into technical specifications

🛑 Migration & Run

Support for data migration and testing phases
Platform operations management, performance, releases, and incident resolution

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM
Mastery of MDM concepts (Data Quality, Data Governance)
Experience with API, ETL/ELT, SQL
Good knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure / Fabric)
Technical leadership and excellent communication skills
Fluent English – French highly recommended
Knowledge of SQL Server MDS (legacy)
Experience in Agile / SAFe environment
