- You actively contribute to achieving the branch goals
- You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
- You take over the creation and control of personnel deployment and vacation planning
- You confidently operate the cash register as well as other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure a smooth sales process
- You actively support the implementation of merchandising guidelines to always optimally present our products
- You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports industry
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in retail, ideally in the sports industry, are necessary
- Solid industry knowledge in the sports sector is required
- You have already gained initial experience in employee management
- You master the German language effortlessly; other national languages are an advantage
- You maintain an honest and respectful interaction with employees and supervisors and always keep a cool head even in special sales situations and hectic times
