What you can achieve
- Management and control of integration and transformation projects (e.g. analysis and harmonization of processes, identification of synergies and optimization potentials to increase efficiency)
- Development and implementation of project strategies, milestone and resource planning
- Ensuring time, quality, cost, and efficiency targets
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams across various company departments
- Active stakeholder and change management in close collaboration with executives, specialist departments, and external partners
- Responsibility for project reporting, budget and quality controlling, as well as risk analyses and management reviews
What you bring with you
- Higher education in business administration, organizational development, business engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in managing complex integration and transformation projects as well as larger IT projects in the SAP environment in wholesale, ideally in pharmaceutical logistics or healthcare
- Confident handling of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and M365
- Further training in project management (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, Scrum) and knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is an advantage
- Very good German skills (native level) as well as good to very good Italian skills (at least B–C level)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
