These are your tasks:
- Coordination and organization of customer training (mechanical & electrical)
- Training of Agathon service technicians and remote support
- Planning and conducting service meetings
- Design and further development of training modules
- Support for service & remote support (equipment & representation)
This is what you bring with you:
Technical vocational training (mechanics, electrical engineering, etc.)
Further training as a technical salesman is an advantage
Several years of experience in mechanical engineering / service
Very good German and English skills
Service- and customer-oriented communication
Team player, reliable and empathetic
