• Independent management of accounts payable
• Reconciliation of goods receipt invoices ("Matching") including clarification of quantity and price differences and comparison with delivery data
• Account assignment, reconciliation, and posting of accounts payable invoices including processing in the workflow
• Preparation of cash and special accounts
• Assistance with monthly and annual closings (e.g. accruals)
• Creation of payment runs
• Supervision of commercial trainees
• Various administrative tasks

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Ideally experience with SAP
• Independent and precise working style
